Infor is pleased to announce a new version of Infor Concierge featuring a new user experience and design that includes improved application performance and widget functionality. For further information please refer to KB 2288614: Navigating the New Concierge MT site.

If this is your first time logging into the new Concierge, you must set a new Infor OS Identities password using the "Set new Concierge MT password" link below. Otherwise proceed to Concierge MT. Note: If, after requesting a new Concierge MT password, you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please contact Infor Customer Care.

The password you set for new Concierge can be the same as your Support Portal password, but the two sites do not keep passwords in sync.

To access Concierge, you must add [*.]InforCloudsuite.com and [*.]Infor.com to your browser settings to allow site-specific third-party cookies.
