Please note that the designated Contact Administrator at your company has the ability to add direct employee users to the Infor Concierge. Your company's Contact Administrator is typically the fastest and most efficient method of gaining access to the site.
3rd Party Contacts: Please have a direct employee of the customer open a General Request Incident on the Infor Concierge to authorize your access, in lieu of registering.

Access levels for registration

Concierge – access to all features on Concierge

Limited – access to Infor enhancements, communities, and education

Guest – access to Infor communities and education

Infor U – access to Infor’s education site
