Before installing any of the fixpacks or hotfixes, please stop the Workflow services, and make a complete backup of the InforWorkflow directory.  Once this back up is completed, download the fixpack and hotfixes and infor log zip files to the server.  Once those are downloaded, follow the instructions to install the fixpack1 first from the readme file in the zip.  Notice that it calls for some directories that are not there, such as the samples directory.  You can add this directory or ignore it, as either way is fine because this is not used by the Infor Workflow software.  Next go in order of the hotfixes, starting with Hotfix1.  Once all of the hotfixes are in place and the Workflow server is up and confirmed working, then follow the instructions of the Infor_logo zip to place the proper infor logos back in place.
