In the classic ERPLN debugger the top-row in the debug window
is not visible. This is introduced with BW version 8.8a.01.13.

Charpentier: # 55252 (BDNT47463): BwPrint: introduce font bar

Problem Description (Customer terms)
On Windows 7, the standard font dialog as used in BwPrint does not show all fonts, especially the printer specific fonts are left out.
Therefore, some other way is needed to select a printer specific font.

Workaround
Use the registry editor to set the font specification exactly as on an XP machine.

Test Procedure
On WIndows 7, select ActiveFax printer and try to select the ActivaFax font.
