Problem Description (Customer terms)
The week numbers in the date-picker differ depending on the choosen locale.
In case of using English(UK) on the client regional settings,
the week start date is monday and 1-1-2009 (thursday) is in week 1.
In case of using English(US) on the client regional settins, 
the week start date is sunday and 1-1-2009 (thursday) is in week 53 (of 2008).

When a weekday is shown in a multi-occurence session,
this day is shown in English whereas the regional settings of the
workstation are set to another language.

This occurs only with BW version: 8.5a.03.7
