Problem Description (Customer terms)
When running BW and Worktop in central deployment mode from a clean PC,
the Worktop starts however the menu tree remains empty. No error messages given.

Workaround
Install BW locally.

Problem Description (Customer terms)
When using BW client verson 8.4.*, and starting session "Subapplication Modeler (tgbrg5124m000)", 
this session aborts with a a fatal error.

Make sure that on the backed for instance the file: $BSE/gif/gfd0002/subappl.gif is missing.
