_Problem Description (Customer terms)_
When function os.pid.exists is executed it leaks one handle.
The Data Publisher is executing this function every second.
And when the amount of handles gets beyond a certain number (3000+?) then FSX storage in multitenant cloud gets unreliable.

_Workaround_
Do not call this function that often.

_Test Procedure_
use a script that calls this function on windows and check the amount of handles open.

Support works a lot with tracefiles logging Object Info and tracelevel 1.But this kind of trace also logs a lot of lines with Optimize actions
can this part be moved to tracelevel 3?

_Workaround_
do not use tracelevel 1.

there are test in test framework that aleady checked this trace option behind a higher tracelevel.
