The default values were changed in project EDNT1803 on June 11, 1999.

Workaround
Use font spacing dialog to select the correct values.

Use font spacing dialog to see the new default values.

in fact pages 1,2,3, are printed.

See problem description.
Also, print the pages with 'number of copies' set to 2.
Expected output: page 10, 11, 12, 10, 11, 12.
Then, without exiting from BW,
print them again, but now with 'collate' switched off.
Expected output: 10, 10, 11, 11, 12, 12

Bwprint displays a message box about not being able to find some Unicode files

The call to TSSdontreadunicode is merged to the wrong place in bwprintview.cpp (bad fix VHNT2835).

Workaround
Ignore the message box

Test Procedure
Run bwprint and see whether the messagebox appears
