List of fixes in ReportViewer 8.6.0

The following changes have been made in build 8.6.0.0002

ReportViewer 8.6.0 is based on BIRT 2.5.1. (The previous 8.5.0 version
was based on BIRT 2.2.1.) Old-style reports (created with older versions
of BIRT) can still be displayed in the new viewer.
