Release Notes 
The Apache Commons Collecions library is removed from Web UI and own code was added to replace this functionality because security vulnerabilities were reported with tis library. 
Even though Web UI did not use the code that is supposed to be vulnerable, it was decided to replace it to avoid future discussions.
