Client Installation Failed
To succesfully install, follow these steps:
- Allow the client component installation to complete.
- Add/modify user variable CLASSPATH by right clicking on the My Computer icon,
select Properties and the Environment tab (Windows NT) or Advanced and Environment Variables (Windows 2000).
- Add or append the path shown in the install dialog to the CLASSPATH variable.
- Close all browser sessions, open a new browser window and connect to OnePoint Diagnostics again.
- Accept the security certificate shown when connecting with the portal.
You should be on your way into OnePoint Diagnostics.
