Minimal browser setting requirements for Internet Explorer

This page summarizes all browser setting prerequisites for Internet Explorer, in relation to Java Virtual Machine, Cookies, Local Intranet security settings (general) and local Intranet security settings for the client install (InstallShield).

General prerequisites

Java Virtual Machine

Refer to the supported environments information to review the currently supported Java Virtual Machine (JVM) version(s). You may need to download and install a specific version.

In some cases, if you have more than one version installed, you may need to deactivate one of the two.

You need to enable the option to allow cookies that are stored on your computer.

Prerequisites for the client installation by means of the InstallShield wizard

To perform a successful client installation by means of the InstallShield wizard, the required Internet Explorer security settings (for Local Intranet) are:
