If the OnePoint Diagnostics listener is running on the server, you can start using OnePoint Diagnostics by means of an Internet browser. The steps are as follows:
The general syntax for the address to be typed in the address bar is:
http://<servername>:<serverport>/
For <servername>, substitute the name of your server. For <serverport>, substitute the port number on which the OnePoint Diagnostics listener has been started. The default port number is 9030 (for information on port numbers see the installation instructions).
E.g. if your servername is "iglo", and you have started the OnePoint Diagnostics listener on port 9030, you will type:
http://iglo:9030/
If you don't have your DNS configured properly, you may need to use an IP-address instead of server name. So an alternative syntax is:
http://<IP-address>:<serverport>/
E.g.:
http://10.31.121.130:9030/
If you have entered the correct address and still cannot start OnePoint Diagnostics, you may need to obtain client access permission at IP-address level.
