The OnePoint Diagnostics Portal makes a small installation on your client system the very first time you access the OnePoint Diagnostics server. The installation takes place after the compatibility check and accepting of the security certificate. The installation prompts you with an installation wizard.
There are two different wizards in use for the client installation. If you started the Internet browser from a supported Windows machine, an InstallShield wizard is applied. In all other cases a Java wizard is applied.
If your first screen mentions "InstallShield Information", you are led by the InstallShield wizard. The InstallShield wizard should be self-explanatory.
If your first screen is an Applet Window, you are led by the Java wizard.
