OnePoint Diagnostics offers (much like SupportEye v1.1) the services which include the SSA ERP LN Diagnostic Scan. This is a Diagnostic Scan which can be used to analyze Baan software environments.

The output of these service scans must be sent to the Business Intelligence Center, after which an automatic analysis is carried out. You may then be contacted by a support engineer or consultant for follow-up.
Note: The System Viewer Diagnostic Scan is not a OnePoint Diagnostics Service. Sending System Viewer output to the Business Intelligence Center has no relevance.
