SITUATION IDENTIFIED IN: EService2.0 SP1

SITUATION DESCRIPTION: 
In EService2.0 SP1, using the troubleshooting option, the user can see some question & answers 
for a particular product & product category. 
If the user attempts to see the answerdetails for an answer which has an attachment then an
error 'variable not defined' is shown. 
Also the answer details & attachments are not visible.This is an error!

This error will NOT appear when there are no attachments to an answer.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION: 
Problem is fixed in 1 ASP(answerdetails.asp) file. The solution can be found on the Support FTP Site. 
It contains 2 files.
 
1 - readme.txt: This has solution description 
2 - answerdetails.asp
	Copy this asp file to <website physical path>/E-Service/troubleshooting 
	Replace the old one.
