VERSION(S): E-ServiceRemote2.0 GA SITUATION IDENTIFIED IN: E-ServiceRemote2.0 GA SITUATION DESCRIPTION: 1. A user can manually type the id of an object. If the id is entered in lowercase, it accepts the input as a valid object and the record is saved successfully. This information is stored in lowercase in the XML file. The synchronization process gives errors because Baan stores these codes in uppercase. 2.The user is able to save and synchronize an activity where the object id is filled but the object number is blank. This resulted in errors during synchronization. Also, the Object Number was enabled when a user opens up an existing activity. 3.A released order is modified in ESR and the Synchronize option is run after removing the network connection. This XML file does not go into the Web server and the transaction is lost. 4.After any Master Data Synchronization, new records are put at the end of the table. The ESR client does not sort them.
