VERSION(S): E-Sales 2.1 SITUATION IDENTIFIED IN: E-Sales 2.1 SP5 - edi file SITUATION DESCRIPTION: At the line text level (LTX) always at position 100 a field separator is placed in the order export file (order.e11) When the file is then processed by BaaN EDI, it thinks that after the separator a new field is starting. Please remove the unwanted separator. Indeed when a customer has made a weborder he is able to enter text for the ordered item (for example : Please be careful with this item and don't deliver this at the frontdesk because they don't know about it) When the order export file is created by E-sales the text will appear at line level (LTX) but with an unwanted separator at position 100 (= character number 60 in the text itself), so in my example the LTX level will look like: LTX|B73E3C68A86F2741356061695A40B32E|1|Please be careful with this item and don't deliver this at the frontdesk because they don't know about it When this file is processed by the BaaN backend, EDI will think that after the extra separator a new field begins and will cut the sentence off at: t SOLUTION DESCRIPTION: The solution can be found on the Support FTP Site.
