When creating a requisition and the quantity exceeds 32000 , it gives an error. The situation can be simulated like this: a) Go to the requisitioner role. b) Create a requisition . c) Go to the link of the created requisition and enter a quantity greater than 32000. d) Update the requsition or submit this requisition for buyer's assistance. You get the following error : Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0006' Overflow: 'CInt' 2. When you define for example currency US Dollar and you do not define the currency rate, the moment you ordera product with currency EUR in a basket with US dollar, the following error is displayed. If the currency rate is not defined, this should result in a warning instead of the attached error. The situation can be simulated like this: a) At the E-common currencies, removed the currency rate a the US dollar. b) Started the basket and changed the basket currency to US dollar c) Via the catalog ordered product "fbe item1" d) The moment you order, the above error is displayed. 3. When you leave the propery group blank at the commodity code and you define the property group at the item, at the catalog, the product details show the properties linked to the product, but at the Order information no properties are displayed. Only when you also fill the property group at the commodity, the Order Information also shows the properties and you are able to select for example, a specific color you want to order. The situation can be simulated like this: a) Go to Manager role b) Use a product and link to this product the property group c) At the commodity leave the property group field blank. Link the commodity to the product. d) Check the catalog. When you look at the "Detailed Product View", the properties are displayed at the "General information" based on the fact that the property group is linked to the product. But when you check the Order Information, you only see the price and quantity and you are not able to select. 4. Budget not correctly updated when using date ranges in the budgetlines. The situation can be simulated like this: a) Created a new item FBE. Linked this item to Commodity "FBE COMM". Then linked to this Commodity the charge type "FBECHARGETYPE". b) Linked the item FBE to a the catalog. c) Created two budgets: a) fbebud1: - linked to admin office "fbe admin office" - linked to charge type "FBE" - added budgetline with date range 1-Dec-2001 <--> 30-Nov-2002 b) fbebud2: - linked to admin office "fbe admin office" - linked to charge type "FBE" - added budgetline with date range 1-Nov-2001 <--> 31-July-2002 d) Created a new requisitionline and Approved & Submitted e) Sent requisition to Supplier. As the requisition has been created on November 2, 2001, the expectation is to have budget "fbebud2" updated with the amount of the requisition entered, because November 2, 2001 does fall within the range of the budgetline linked to budget "fbebud2". =================================== SOLUTION DESCRIPTION: The solution can be found on the Support FTP Site.
