(E-Procurement 2.1.1,  E-Sales 2.2.1, E-Service 2.0.1, E-ServiceRemote 2.0.1, E-Collaboration 2.2  

SITUATION DESCRIPTION:

We are unable to do hardware load balancing with an E-Enterprise application 
because of the fact the license information for this 
E-Enterprise application is stored in the SQL tables. 
If you try to have multiple web servers using the same set of tables 
they conflict with each other. Thus not allowing you to license either 
or any machines except for one. 


SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

Execute the new LicManager.exe on each webserver
   
The solution can be found on the Support FTP Site.

It contains 2 files.

1 - readme.txt: This solution description

2 - LicManager.exe
	on each webserver:
	1. Replace the old LicManager.exe with the new one 
    	2. Execute the exe file
