Some images do not appear in the toolbar.

Workaround
The wait-notify construction for the image to be completely loaded has been replaced with a MediaTracker waiting for the images to be loaded.

Test Procedure
Running the problem sessions and other sessions also.

Problem:
Problem Description (Customer terms)
Customer wants to define a "rewrite file" device to let the output file data in his local PC. 
The situation is described as follow:
- BW: There is no problem       
          If we define in BW the next settings device:
                   Device:               NOTEPAD
                   Device type:       rewrite file
                   4GL program:      ottstpconv
                   Argument:           ascii:c:/winnt/notepad.exe
                   Path:                   ${BSE_TMP}/notepad.txt
                   Page Length:       66

           and we try to print all users, a notepad is opened in our local PC and it contains the data.  
BI HTML: With the same NOTEPAD device, it does not work.

Problem Description (Technical terms)
${BSE_TMP} not handled by BI.
