In the report, "Storage Inspection Has Been Closed" would say "No" even if the inspection had been previously closed.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

This field will say "Yes" when the "Close Inspections" flag is set to "Yes" and/or when printing inspections that were

previously closed.

Please note:

The field "Insp. Status" is used to indicate the status of the inspection prior to any close operations that are about to be

performed as a result of the "Close Inspections" flag.

The "Print Processed Inspections" and "Print Closed Inspections" flags are based on the "Insp. Status" field.

Thus, to see processed inspections become closed, set "Close Inspections" to "Yes", "Print Processed Inspections" to "Yes", and

"Print Closed Inspections" to "No". "Insp. Status" will display as "Processed" and "Storage Inspection Has Been Closed" will display as

"Yes".

To only see inspections that have already been closed, set "Close Inspections" to "No", "Print Processed Inspections" to

"No", and "Print Closed Inspections" to "Yes". "Insp. Status" will display as "Closed" and "Storage Inspection Has Been

Closed" will display as "Yes".

SITUATION DESCRIPTION:

(Reported for NT Backoffice build 15.8)

When using the session "maintain engineering item revisions" ( tiedm1101m000), and trying to launch a drawing, it gives

the following message:

" ttstpvtemul.

Shell functionality not supported by Windows NT"

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

It will now be possible to display the drawing attached to an engineering item revision by clicking the button "Drawing" or

using <Shift><Ctrl><D>.

The drawing file name will be read from the above session (tiedm1101m000) in form 3.

This file should exist in the directory as mentioned in the session "Maintain EDM Parameters" (tiedm0100m000) in the

field 'Directory Name for Drawing". Furthermore, the field "Display Drawing" indicates which application program should

be used to display the drawing.

In BW mode, this application must exist on the client. The name of the application should be the executable name and

should be in the PATH.

Note:

1.) It is required to have a /temp directory on the client since the application puts the file in this temporary directory for

reading and keeps it there.

2.) For this solution, it is required to have the DLL "ottdllbw" in the $BSE/tools/{...} directory. Please check if this

exists on your system and if not, contact the the support center.

SITUATION DESCRIPTION:

When inserting a new customer in the session tccom1101m000 the Order-balance and Invoice-balance in the 6th form is not

0.00.

The amount which is present is from the first customer in the table tccom010 or the customer which is selected before the

new customer is entered.

After a "W" the balance-amounts are still present.

When the new customer is selected again, the Order-balance and Invoice-balance is 0.00.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

Now when inserting a new customer or supplier the fields order balance and invoice balance are zero.

Modifications in software components have been marked with : DF 11633-1.

SESSION ERROR IDENTIFIED IN: tcmcs0295m000 "Initialize parameters"

SITUATION DESCRIPTION:

When tcmcs039 (order steps) is filled manually and running the session tcmcs0295m000 the message error 100 duplicate

value on tdrpl002400 will occur.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

When session code or step number are already present in tcmcs039 no record will be added.

PROBLEM TEXT:

The input field of this function does not work with the standard maximum of 18 positions that a fieldname can have.

The input field of this function was changed so that a maximum of 18 characters is possible.
