The following describes a situation for the Baan Windows interface, when calling the Maintain Prospects sub-session from a

main session, ie. Display Trade Relations. If running GLO, and the user cancels/aborts the Find Record dialog, the customer

record that was shown in the calling main session is displayed in the Maintain Prospects screen. If running Standard, and the

user cancels/aborts the Find Record dialog and then issues a Previous Record transaction, the customer record from the main

session will display in the Maintain Prospects screen.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

The Find Record start option for the sub-session has been changed to a Refresh Record start option, forcing the sub-session

to locate and immediately display the passed record from the main session; should the record be invalid, ie. a customer was

passed to the Maintain Prospect sub-session, then the next valid Prospect record will be displayed.

This solution solves defect 598.

"maintain first free relation numbers" (tdsmi0160m000).

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

It is now possible to manually enter the prospect code, when the parameter 'use series interactively' is set to 'NO'. This

code/id can be a string or some number, which you have chosen. Modifications in the software are marked with DF12264-1.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

The software has been improved. When the session code or step number are already present in tcmcs039, then no record

will be added. Changes made in the script have been marked with DF 12534-1.

After receiving the EDI order response from a sales company the amount was calculated incorrectly, because of an incorrect

"Price to inventory Unit" conversion factor (tdpur041.cvpp).

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

Now, when receiving a PO response from a sales company, the Purchase amount is being calculated correctly. The

modifications have been marked with DF 12822-1.

In session tccom7271m000 you can choice the different intrastat reports. In the german version of tcB40b2 the names of two of

this reports are not translated into german. The headline of the printout of the reports have to be translated into german too.
