Call Description :

The problem is with printing to / from file --> tgbrg5400s000.

Two remarks:

1. Diagrams of business-processes are printed twice if you select more

business processes to print

2. Every diagram is a seperate job for the printer. With every job we

get a bannerpage. Is there a way to get one large job with only one

bannerpage.

Solution Description :

Diagrams are now printed only once.

When you're using the device ASCIF and fill in a filename the program

will print all diagrams to this file. After this the file can be sent

to the printer

Upon selection of Editor in the Business reference Model the

user gets an error: "Fatal error, no permission for

tgbrg3165m000" and the system gets a hang-up.

The user is NOT authorized to use this session but the user

should be able to continue working after the error message.

Solution Description :

When you don't have permission for a session, the message "No

permission" will be shown. There will not be a fatal error anymore.

Call Description :

When Using DEM to create Sales Order Management

Menu, if there is insufficient inventory when entering a Sales Order,

it will display the window with 12 options. When selecting any of the

options, it will only go to session tiitm1501s000 "Display Alternative

Items". This problem occurrs when using process DSL011 or BBS050 or

any process with an activity calling session tdsls4101m000.

This problem does not occurr if you are using the menu browser and

menu tccom000000. Only with DEM Generated Menus.

Solution Description :

There was a conflict between the sales program and the program

to display the process-menu.

The display proces has been changed. The problem is solved.

When printing a process with sub-processes. The

Sub-Processes do not print.

Within 4.0a when you print a single Process which contained

sub-processes, it would prompt with a message stating that "The

selection results in printing # diagrams, are you sure? Answer yes and

it would continue to print the entire structure as requested.

Within 4.0b, it does not prompt with the message and it does not print

the sub processes. When you request entire structure it should print

all sub-processes. The only way to print the sub-process is to print

them individually.

This problem also exist within session tgbrg4400s000. Same situation.

Solution Description :

The problem is solved.

The subprocesses will be printed also.
