and EMEA regions. Effective May 5th, 2008, these new phone numbers
will be available for use and we request that you dial the number that
corresponds to your Country of residence. If you dial the previous
number, you will be presented with these phone numbers and asked to begin
using them. You can also locate these numbers online at the Infor365 Online Support web portal by
selecting the Contact Infor
link on the bottom of any page and entering the product name of
"Infor HCM Workforce Management" when prompted.

Support web portal at www.infor365.com.
The Infor365 Online Support portal provides you with the ability to submit, update and check the status of all of your
support incidents. Submitting your incidents through Infor365
Online Support will put your incident directly into the Support queue
which usually results in a faster response. Infor365 Online Support
is your personal portal to help optimize your Infor solutions and help
increase the value of your investment - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
In an effort to serve you better we
have moved to a "Call Back" support model. This simply
means that when you place calls to Infor Support at one of our new
phone numbers, our Customer Care team will assist you by taking a
description of your issue and creating an incident. This will
enable our Support Analysts to focus their efforts on answering your
questions and solving your issues. Our Support teams are monitoring all
incoming incidents - allowing the Support Analyst with the most expertise
relative to your incident to respond to you as promptly as possible.
