community, which is a part of the Infor365 Online Support Portal, is a
business networking site providing Infor customers the opportunity to
share ideas, best practices and experiences.
This Infor365 Community will allow you to:
- Create a profile and
define areas of interest
- Connect with others who
share your interests
- Join and participate in
discussion groups related to your product
- Read Blogs,
respond to polls and more

Infor365 Online Support
Account
Make sure you have an account for Infor365 Online Support. If you
don't, go to www.infor365.com and select the "Account Request" option and
follow the instructions. You should receive the account details within 24
hours.
- Login to the Infor365 Online Support website
- Select the "Support Briefings" link in
the left panel
- In the "Filter videos by Product"
field, select "Support Portal" from the list
- Select the "How to navigate and register for
the new Infor365 Communities" link to view the support briefing
overview of communities
Accessing the Infor365 Community
- Go to the Infor365 Online Support website
- Login with your email account and password
- Go to Communities and select Infor365 Community
- Enter your profile
- Click on "View all Infor365 Community
Groups" in the left panel
- Select "Infor HCM Workforce Management"
