Please note that the designated Contact Administrator at your company has the ability to add direct employee users to the Infor Support Portal. Your company's Contact Administrator is typically the fastest and most efficient method of gaining access to the site.
3rd Party Contacts: Please have a direct employee of the customer open a General Request Incident on the Infor Support Portal to authorize your access, in lieu of registering.
Registering your account will allow you to access critical support resources based on your role.
